Deliveries are made as close to the job site as the truck or truck and trailer can reasonably proceed under its own power, the customer is responsible for towing and recovery costs for the delivery vehicle if it can not leave the job site under its own power. Your Landscape Construction Centre Inc. drivers are under orders NOT to attempt any unsafe, or in their opinion, potentially unsafe approach to the job site. The customer is to furnish one man to show unloading location(s) and assist unloading. If the customer or his/her representative is not on the job site to accept delivery, the delivery will be made at the discretion of Landscape Centre and the customer will have been deemed to have accepted the delivery.

Any normal concrete contains some calcium hydroxide as a product of the reaction between cement and water. When this calcium hydroxide is brought to the surface of the concrete product by water, it combines with the carbon dioxide in the air to form calcium carbonate, which then appears as a whitish deposit, efflorescence. Efflorescence will usually wash and wear off in the course of time and the recommended procedure is to allow this natural process to take place. Your Landscape Construction Centre Inc. cannot accept responsibility for efflorescence.
